So I decided to finally blog about damaged hair – we all hate to admit that most of us have damaged hair and quite honestly, it sucks. Well, in part one of this three part blog; we will explore some of the most common traits of damaged hair. In part two, we will then explain some of the remedies that you can do to help with your hair. Finally, we will wrap up with some all natural products and things you can do to help keep your hair healthy once you heal it on up.
The very first reason that you may have damaged and dry hair is because your strands could be lacking some moisture and if your damage is really bad – it could take a while to fix it. The next reason your hair may be damaged and dry is due to excessive chemical service, i.e. you are coloring a bit too much, or adding a bit too many chemicals to your tresses. Finally, the last reason is all those heating products you use – those straighteners, hair dryers and really … anything that you use heat wise on your hair can damage it.
