When it comes to men’s hairstyles in ’08, one look that is extremely timeless and looks freakin’ fantastic on men is the spike.  You know when a guy takes his time and spikes each and every section of his hair?  Well, that drives me freakin’ insane!  Everyone watch America’s Next Top Model?  Well, you should, because it is an awesome show, but Jay Manuel?  Yeah, that is the spike that I am talking about.

I am honestly sure that there are tons of other guys that have this style, but I honestly do not think that anyone has it mastered like Jay does.  Every spike is in its perfect position and they do not move when he moves!  Now, if you want to achieve this look – it honestly, is not all that hard.  You just need to have a lot of time, a lot of product and a hair dryer.

Now, Mister Jay probably does not spend all of his time spiking his hair to perfection, but his hairstylist does and she/he does a fantastic job!  So here is my tribute to ‘The Spike’ hairdo, I have to say that you look sexy all the time, especially on our darling Jay Manuel!
