That’s right folks!  Those of you that loved the mermaid wave before; it has now made its way back into fashion and seems to be popping up everywhere!  Now, I am not exactly sure how to create the mermaid wave (and if any of you have an idea, that’d be great!) but I am pretty sure that if you have curly/wavy hair … you already have it. 

It seems to be something that is definitely done for the longer haired generation, but that doesn’t mean those us shorter haired folks can not accomplish the mermaid wave!  Probably just a curling iron, some hair product and a whole lot of time is needed to create this classic and beautiful look.

So if you have been hiding away because of your curls/waves – let ‘em loose!  You are now back in style and all of your friends will probably be extremely jealous of you because you were so ahead of the game!  So out get there, get your mermaid wave on and I’ll keep you informed of more 2009 fashion trends for your hair!
