Now that you know how to shampoo and not to wash your hair everyday, let’s move onto your diet!  Do you find that you are eating a lot of greasy and oily things?  Pizza, butter, deep-fried items?  Well, that could definitely play into the fact that you have oily hair.  Your diet not only impacts your body itself but is definitely comes out in your hair as well, so if you eat more veggies and fruits, you will definitely see a difference in not only the texture of your hair but how it looks!

Limit the products that you use.  If you are constantly putting products on your hair like hairsprays, gel, serums or even some of conditioning sprays you are only adding in more oil to an already oily head of hair!  Give it a rest and you should definitely see a difference in the amount of oil in your hair!

Finally, talk to your stylist!  That is what they are there for and they might be able to help you with this problem.  If you find that none of these tips and tricks are working, just try a stylist, I can promise that you will see a difference and feel better about your hair!
