Nath .. yes you can use it with yoghurt :)
yoghurt give your hair a good and smooth look because henna works to dye and dry your hair in the same time .
Use henna with water , yoghurt , oil and you can use a spoon of honey ^^
For the color you can use " Chamomile " or " Nescafé " or a plant which I don't exactly know her name :P I'll ask my mum and tell you after .

Actually Henna can be used on dark brown and black hair... (though it probably depends on type and/or strength) resulting in copper undertones.. the more often it is used the more prominent the copper tones will become. I have dark brown/black hair and used henna many years ago.

hi there, got a bag of henna in india but there isn't any instructions how to use it. could you please let me know? I presume you mix it with a bit of water but how much? should it be a paste? and how long you keep it for to cover grey hair? I am not even sure of the color but I don't really mind, just want to give it a go. Someone told me to mix it with yoghurt... is it true?
could you help?
Many thanks

For those with blond or golden hair that want to boost their color, cover gray, or get the strengthening and conditioning effects of henna without the risk or going red or brunet, try cassia. Its used the same way and has the same effects of henna but in golden tones. Again, it will not lighten hair, but its a great choice for those who already have fair hair.
